Health Craft Cookware began in 1939 as Cookware Associates of Indiana. With the encouragement and support of TV personality and cooking show host Chef Tell, the company was reorganized as the Health Craft Cookware Company in Tampa, Florida in 1983 by Charles & LeAnn Knight.

Since our humble beginning, Health Craft has manufactured high quality waterless, greaseless, cookware for the discriminating home cook.
