Three generations of waterless cooking. Our family has been using waterless cooking for many years. I've been using Health Craft skillets, griddle, electric skillet, food machine, and stockpot since the late 1980's. Prior to my Health Craft purchase, since 1975 I was using Prudentialware, also stainless steel and also vapor-lock lids for waterless cooking. Last summer, my electric cook top broke. I decided to replace it with a more environmentally-friendly induction cook top. Then I found out that not all stainless steel is the same! My original basic set of pans from 1975 worked just fine on the induction cook top, but my 1987 Health Craft skillets did not. I discovered that there were new pans made by Health Craft that were induction compatible. I replaced my set of skillets with induction skillets and gave my 1987 pans to my niece. They still looked brand new, after all these years! She loved them so much that she went to the Phila Home Show this past winter, taking her husband with her. Her husband was quite impressed with the Health Craft demonstration at the home show. My niece thought he would agree to purchase a few pieces, but he told her to get the whole basic set, which included the food machine, several cookbooks, and oil based electric grill. She's so thrilled with all of it! Now it's 3 generations of our family using these pans. My Mom's were from a company called Lifetime, also with vapor-lock lids, purchased in 1963 or 64. Both predated Health Craft, but the pans are still beautiful and work just fine.

I used to cook in West Bend cookware since 1960. It long ago wore out and I never replaced it. I wanted a good set and was hoping to buy an All-clad Stainless set like the chefs on TV use, but found it too costly for me. Later I bought a pressure cooker at the fair.
After seeing your demo at our local fair for the second year, I braved the cost and purchased the basic set after giving my spouse the DAILY cost averaged over 15 years. I say that because I’m 71 and he is 80. I can tell you that the small pots and the large skillet get daily use with smart balance spray and clean easily even when I burn things because I’m still learning to use it. The sizes are not too heavy for me to lift when full or empty for washing.
They are getting loving scratches from the use and I’m looking forward to paying it off so I can buy another piece or two later this year. I have to study carefully which item will expand what I have already. I enjoy the recipes and the family connection. Last fall I was in the middle of the fruitcake recipe when I had a question, I called in and Mr Knight, the father himself, called me to help.
If you ever have slightly used ones for sale, maybe you could keep me in mind. Our money needs to be spent very carefully these days, but we still want the best.
Thank you for your wonderful product.
Respectfully,
Adelina Adams

| I can give a great testimonial for the cookware. I bought my first set from a door-to-door salesman on layaway while I was in Junior College (1963). In 1997 my husband and I bought a vacation home. I bought a second set (now called Health Craft) so I could have one set at my vacation home as well as my original set. In June of this year we moved to our vacation home so I did not need both sets. I kept a few pieces that I liked from the original set and gave the other set to a young couple because it is still working brilliantly. I have had a few replacement handles along the way and once visited the warehouse in Tampa. Although I don’t use the waterless feature, I use the steamer a lot. The other day I forgot to put water in my steamer and it had been on 15 minutes or so before I realized my mistake. The pan was not burnt and in fact the vegetables had been cooking in the steamer without water. Needless to say, I have been extremely happy with the cookware. I love the fact you are still in business and I can get replacement parts. The pans truly are a lifetime investment. | |||

I have not written a testimonial about any product on the internet until writing about the cutlery that I purchased at a home show in 1970 (when I was a freshman in college). Not understanding the high quality products that I purchased, I abused my knives for 39 years--putting them daily in the dishwasher, throwing them in a drawer with dozens of other knives, using them outside in my yard, cutting cardboard...you get the picture, right? In December, I threw them in a box to give to a charity. I went online to find new cutlery and found out that Healthcraft/Arrowhead had a 50-year guarantee on my knives! I dug them out of the give-away box and mailed them to the Company. Yesterday my reconditioned knives arrived; the craftsmen restored the reddish brown and gold Sablewood handles to their almost new condition and the knives are extremely sharp. I guess my Cutco, Henckels, Meyer, and Calphalon knives are going in the give away box. What a great surprise to learn that there is an American company that stands 100% behind their products. Now I am moving onto getting my waterless cookware restored. Stay tuned for the update. |

My cookware was delivered yesterday. I couldn't wait to try it out! The recipe book was backordered, so I really appreciate this website. I'm making my least favorite vegetable, broccoli, because it tasted SO good at the demonstration. I'm looking forward to exciting flavorful cooking! Sue |

I recently was wondering where I could get my knives sharpened and turned to the internet and typed in the name on my knives. To my surprise, I found that both my knives and cookware are still under warranty. So here is the story...When I was in college in the 1970's, I went to a home show. All of my friends purchased china and I purchased pots, pans (about 15 pieces), and the Ekco Arrowhead kitchen knives (5). All I had to do was pay a dollar a month until I graduated and then I believe the payment "jumped to $10.00/month". At the time that I purchased these items, I can remember my family and friends almost making fun of me for opting to spend so much on items like these. I have used these pots and pans for over 30 years. Other than one pot that is damaged because of high heat, I use these pots and pans on a daily basis. I have told my family and friends that these items are the very best purchases that I have made in my life. What is equally superior is the customer service that I received when inquiring about the sharpening of the knives. In this age of automated customer service, Health Craft is the only company that I have encountered in 2009 who appears to truly value in retaining a loyal customer base--no matter how old their product may be. Kudos to each of the professionals who continue to keep this as a cornerstone of your business. |

| I purchased my starter set at a demonstration show back in '98 and have used it consistently. I really enjoy using my cookwear and know that it's a healthier way for cooking. It takes a little more work in the cleaning of this cookwear, but with a little help from BarKeeper's Friend, it still looks like new. | |||

Dear Associates of HealthCraft Cookware, I have purchased your product well over 15 yrs ago and it still looks the same as the day that I bought it. It is by far the best product that I have ever invested in. I was under the impression at the time that I had purchased this product that it was warranteed for life. The only thing that I need for it is the handles and screws. They just seem to undo themselves and that's it. I just so happened to key in the name to see what I could find out about your product and I found a store. How does the warrantee actually work? Am I registered with you since day one or not? The handles don't seem to be all that much. All I need is three. I like the long handles that are interchangeable. The best thing about this is the stack cooking. I love that the best. | I have owned my beginner set for three years, and I just want to say how impressed I still am. Greaseless cooking and easy cleanup are the trademarks I enjoy every time I cook. I do not have a single SOS pad in my house. My young adult children love the meals prepared from your Health Craft set and hint they would like a set of their own. I did not get my set until age 47. In time they will get theirs', maybe before age 47. | |||

Absolutely beautiful and exciting products. I just purchased some stainless steel waterless/greasless cookware, but of a different brand :( Wish I had seen this site first! Your site has helped me emensely in using my cookware. There wasn't much info that accompanied my cookware. Hope you have a show in Nashville, TN someday. Looking forward to it. Thanks for the great recipes. I baked a pineapple upside cake in my skillet - it was the best cake ever! Keep up the good work. Marilyn Lawrence |
